Originally established in 1957, we are a second generation family owned and operated business. Incorporated in Massachusetts, the company initially began as a window treatment company with our largest client being the General Dynamics Shipyard located in Quincy, MA. In 1991 Scott Newman, now President/ CEO, joined the business and quickly saw a new opportunity in visual communication boards. In 1994 The Canadian Whiteboard Co. was born and in 1997 the company went national with a presence on the World Wide Web. In 2000 it was decided that The Canadian Whiteboard Co. should be a separate corporation and so came Brite Visual Products, Inc. dba:The Canadian Whiteboard Co. We originally began as a two person operation equipped with a two-line telephone and brand new fax machine. We have transformed into a dynamic company with 18 full time employees, the most sophisticated and secure accounting & software system, and a great group of friendly and helpful staff all working toward the same goal…To Surpass the Expectations of Our Customers Every Day.

In 2001 The Canadian Whiteboard Co. proudly celebrated its 10th Anniversary. For the past five years, The Canadian Whiteboard Co. has been selected to Inc Magazines 5000 Fastest Privately Held Companies in the United States.

We have over 3,000 items that ship in 48 hours or less and due to the sheer volume with which we buy product, our prices are extremely competitive. We excel at custom made products, products that fill a certain need that you cannot purchase in a box store or pick off a shelf. Custom made whiteboards, color graphics, planner boards, scheduling boards, unframed boards, and boards made to a specific size or shape are all products we provide.

In July 2011 we had the distinct honor of being asked to help get the schools of Joplin, Missouri back on their feet. We worked directly with the Prime Contractor and Army Corps of Engineers to customize the lab furniture they would need to accommodate the space as well as the accelerated delivery schedule.
