Needed it Yesterday?
The Rapid Ship Program and Rapid Ship Products (RSP) are now available to our customers that 'Need it Yesterday'. We realized long ago that for many, time is the only factor when it comes to ordering from us, and for years we have struggled to get product out the door fast enough. With our new Rapid Ship Program, we believe that we have an answer for every customer; so, if you can wait, we can get you a fantastic product at a great price, but if you 'Need it Yesterday', now we can still get you a fantastic product at a great price.
It is our goal to ship every RSP order the very same day if the order is placed by 12PM EST. RSP Orders placed after that time will ship the very next business day. For RSP orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on the very next business day. This program excludes Federal and State holidays.
If for any reason a RSP product is not in stock at the time of your order a Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately to discuss alternative items. It is our goal to have all RSP products in stock and ready for shipment at the time of your order. Please follow our standard procedure for Returns or Exchanges.
